Is my anxiety really that bad? Take the quiz!

This is not diagnostic, but a helpful screening tool.

Hi! My name is Adrian

Adrian has over six years of experience specializing in helping individuals navigate anxiety, addictions, and the lasting impacts of trauma.

His approach is deeply rooted in trauma-informed care, understanding that anxiety often stems from both what has happened to us and what hasn’t. He provides a compassionate, safe space where you can explore your experiences, heal past wounds, and develop tools for resilience.

The only way out is through.

Looking for a safe space to talk?

My role as a therapist is to give you the space you need to process painful memories and emotions, and to support you in a deep healing of the root causes of your anxiety. While my training is primarily CBT, I am trauma and IFS informed, and I pull from several modalities depending on what is most helpful to you.

Frequently Asked  Questions

HOW MUCH DOES THERAPY COST?

Sessions are 50 minutes long and cost $150 (tax free). Sliding scale is offered for some situations, including if you are a student or on disability.

WILL I BE COVERED BY INSURANCE?

If you reside in Ontario then likely yes! As a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists, my sessions are covered by many private insurance companies and extended health plans. Here are a list of providers that commonly offer coverage: Canada Life, Sun Life, Manulife, Green Shield Canada, Blue Cross, and Desjardins. My supervisor Natalie Grynpas is a Registered Social Worker, and her number can be used if your insurance provider does not cover Psychotherapists.

HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED TO FEEL BETTER?

This is hard to answer, but I can say that the research suggests a minimum of six sessions. Some people may improve in shorter periods, while others take longer.

WHERE ARE THE SESSIONS?

Sessions are currently offered virtually using Doxy, a secure videoconferencing software. A link will be sent to you after booking.
